Rule 1 - Six Row Pyramid, No Re-deals
	The pyramid consists of six rows totalling 21 cards. A six card reserve below the pyramid is also available.
Rule 2 - Seven Row Pyramid, No Re-deals
	The Pyramid consists of seven rows totalling 28 cards. A seven card reserve below the pyramid is also available. The 7 row pyramid seems slightly more difficult than the 6 row version.
Rule 3 - Six Row Pyramid, 3 Passes
	This is the same as Rule 1 but you're allowed to make 3 passes through the stock making the game easier.
Rule 4 - Seven Row Pyramid, 3 Passes
	This is the same as Rule 2 but you're allowed to make 3 passes through the stock making the game easier.
